Refugee Protection International (RPI) is a tax-exempt US 501(c)(3) public charity that collaborates with remarkable refugee-led and grassroots organizations. Together we design and launch humanitarian programs for urban refugees, internally displaced persons, and other conflict-affected civilians.
Launched in late 2015 at the height of the Syrian crisis, RPI and its partners have jointly reached nearly 350,000 persons with shelter, protection, self-reliance, education, and health care across Syria, Lebanon, and Turkey.
We are expanding to support people displaced by the latest crises in Afghanistan and other world regions.
Women's empowerment and COVID-19 protection are key cross-cutting goals.
