Bright Gray Horse with Braided Mane – Crochet Plush Animal

Crocheted by Syrian refugee women in Lebanon

A bright blue saddle and bridle give this gray horse an eye-catching finish, but the braided white mane is what really sets it apart. Black hooves and a full white tail add strong contrast against the gray body, giving the piece a clean, detailed look from every side. Handmade in the amigurumi style, it has the feel of a classic stable horse recreated in soft crochet.

This handmade product is crocheted by refugee women in Lebanon, where Refugee Protection International supports its refugee-led partner, Multi Aid Programs, to train women in their craft. Proceeds support the women's livelihoods, non-formal primary schools for Syrian refugee children in Lebanon and maternal and child health care for conflict-affected women and children in Syria.
