Crocheted by Syrian refugee and vulnerable Lebanese women in Lebanon
This cream cat has two very different moods to choose from: bright-eyed and curious, or happily squinting like she has already found the sunniest spot in the house. Her upright pose and long tail keep the silhouette simple, while the handmade crochet texture gives her a soft, familiar feel. Small in size but full of expression, she makes an easygoing addition to any cat collection.
This handmade product is crocheted by Syrian refugee and vulnerable Lebanese women in Lebanon, where Refugee Protection International supports its refugee-led partner, Multi Aid Programs, to train women in their craft. Proceeds support the women's income and non-formal primary education for their children in the refugee settlements.
