Embroidered Eggs - Crochet Plush Charm

Crocheted by Syrian refugee women in Lebanon

No two eggs in this collection seem to have gotten the same decorating memo. One wears flowers, another a crown, others show off stripes, mosaics, strawberries, clouds, lights, or wide-eyed expressions. Crocheted by hand and finished with embroidered details, each design feels like its own tiny character rather than just another spring ornament.

This handmade product is crocheted by Syrian refugees and vulnerable local women in Bekaa Valley, Lebanon, where Refugee Protection International funds its refugee-led partner, Multi Aid Programs, to train women in their craft. Proceeds support women's livelihoods, non-formal primary schools for refugee children in Lebanon, and malnutrition treatment in Syria. 

Material: Each item is lovingly crocheted using the amigurumi technique with cotton and acrylic yarn, stuffed with cotton.
