His tall French plum hat, warm brown shirt, gray trousers, and full white beard give him a cozy woodland look, while the tiny stitched details add plenty of character up close. Handmade in the amigurumi style, he brings a little storybook charm wherever he settles in.

This handmade amigurumi product is crocheted by war-affected Syrian and Lebanese women in Bekaa Valley, Lebanon, who have been trained to crochet through Refugee Protection International's creative partnership with Multi Aid Programs. Proceeds support women's livelihoods, as well as schools and health care for children recovering from conflict.
