Crocheted by conflict-affected Syrian and Lebanese women in Lebanon

This soft, crocheted plush unicorn toy in striking pink and purple colored mane has been made by refugee women using the fine art of amigurumi.

This handmade product is crocheted by Syrian refugees and vulnerable local women in Bekaa Valley, Lebanon, where Refugee Protection International funds its refugee-led partner, Multi Aid Programs, to train women in their craft. Proceeds support women's livelihoods, non-formal primary schools for refugee children in Lebanon, and malnutrition treatment in Syria.

Material: Each item is lovingly crocheted using the amigurumi technique with cotton and acrylic yarn, stuffed with cotton.
