Crocheted by conflict-affected Syrian and Lebanese women in Lebanon

Gentle mane, calm eyes, and a hint of sky at its feet, a unicorn that feels like a daydream you can hold.

This handmade product is crocheted by Syrian refugees and vulnerable local women in Bekaa Valley, Lebanon, where Refugee Protection International funds its refugee-led partner, Multi Aid Programs, to train women in their craft. Proceeds support women's livelihoods, non-formal primary schools for refugee children in Lebanon, and malnutrition treatment in Syria.

Material: Each item is lovingly crocheted using the amigurumi technique with cotton and acrylic yarn, stuffed with cotton.
